Summer Soccer Camp 2020 Information

Dates:
- Week#1 July 13th - 17th, 2020
- Week#2 July 20th - 24th, 2020 NOW FULL
- Week#3 July 27th - 31st, 2020 NOW FULL
$240 per week

Be sure to bring the following:
- Soccer gear ( shin pads, cleats, rain jacket, running shoes)
- Water & Snacks
- Additional clothing for bad weather (rain)
- Medication if necessary
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration more than 14 days before your camp session begins, a full refund will be given less a $50 Cancellation fee.
Registration cancelled between 7 and 14 days of the start of your summer camp session will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid.
Registrations cancelled with less than 7 days will not be refunded.
There are no refunds for missed days due to changing schedules, vacations, sick days or other non-emergency reasons.
Liability Waiver
By registering with Libor Volf Soccer Academy, the parent/guardian of the registered participant,(s) on his own behalf and on behalf of the participant,(s) hereby agrees that Libor Volf will not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss, liability, damage or cost they may incur however caused, whether negligently or intentionally, and agrees to release and hold harmless all instructors, staff, volunteers and sponsors from all claims or damages without limitation which may arise as a result of/or by reason of such accident or loss.
Weather Policy
All outdoor sessions run rain or shine. All players should come prepared with weather appropriate gear. All players are expected to bring: swim shorts and towel, sun protection, soccer wear (shin pads, socks, soccer cleats, shorts) and any required medications.
All absences due to air quality changes are subject to the cancellation policy and participation is at the parents discretion.
Medical Policy
At the time of registration, we will ask Parents/Guardians for any significant medical notes pertaining to the child(ren) being enrolled. Parent/Guardian(s) are expected to communicate all necessary information needed to properly care for their child, as well as to reiterate all information to the Coach / Head Coach on the first day.
Privacy Policy
Volf Soccer Academy respects your rights to personal privacy. Our customer's personal information is not lent or sold to any person or agency for any purpose.
Photo Permission Policy
Volf Soccer Academy offers a fun and challenging experience for children and takes pictures for use in promotions that reflect this environment. Occasionally we will arrange to have photos taken of the sessions and its participants. By registering with Volf Soccer Academy, the parent/guardian gives permission for the photos to be taken.
If a customer does not want their child to appear in photographs, please notify the Head Coach. It should be noted that Volf Soccer Academy will contact the parent/guardian of any child whose image appears in a photo for approval to be used in promotional material.
Personal Information Policy
Any personal information clients have provided to Volf Soccer Academy will be used to deliver services to them only and to keep them informed and up-to-date about the activities of the company. These activities include advising customers of initiatives, programs, services, confirmations, special events and/or emergencies. If a customer wishes to have any of their personal information amended or removed from the company databases, or if they no longer want the company to send them any further communications, they are asked to send an e-mail to privacy@volfsoccer.com
